The troche works by slowly dissolving in your mouth. As the medication dissolves, it is absorbed through the oral mucosa, the mouth’s lining, and into the bloodstream. This enables targeted local or systemic effects.

Place the troche in your mouth and let it melt slowly. Do not chew or swallow the troche completely. The drug is intended to be absorbed through the lining of your mouth.

As with any drug, there may be side effects. These may include dizziness, nausea, or hallucinations. If you develop any severe or persistent adverse effects, contact your doctor right away.

Before starting a new drug, you should discuss all of the ones you’re already taking with your doctor. Some drugs may interact with Ketamine, reducing its effectiveness or generating unintended consequences.

The onset of effects varies depending on individual conditions, but you should anticipate to feel the effects within 15 to 30 minutes of the troche entirely dissolving in your mouth.

It is typically not suggested to consume alcohol while taking Ketamine because it can increase the medication’s sedative effects and potentially cause hazardous adverse effects.

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missing dose and resume your regular dosing plan. Do not take two doses to compensate for a missed one.

It is not recommended to drive or operate machinery until you have determined how this drug affects you.
